Karen has a passion for soccer and developing strong leaders on and off the soccer field. She has been playing, referring, coaching, and managing soccer programs for over 15 years. Currently, Karen is continuing her soccer education and passion for the game as the Assistant Coach of Mike Gonzalez. Currently working for Honeywell, Karen has been in human resources for 20 years, has been married for 18 years, and is the mother of two children, Dylan and Natalie.
