Game Check-In & Games Cards:

The tournament will print games cards. Your team will check in at the field for your game with the referee just before the game starts. Please ensure your players have all the proper equipment and you have your player passes and any other documentation if requested. Referees will turn match cards into tournament staff.

Tournament Pins:

Pick up at any field coordinator tent. But please try to have the team manager or coach pick them up at the first game.

Field Coordinator Tents:

Will be located at all sites. Look for the tent with the East Valley NSFC Logo.

Athletic Trainers will be on-site at all locations.

Souvenir Shirts:

Will be available for purchase at all locations.

Point System:

Most groups’ winners will be determined by a point system. The point system can be found in the rules on our website. In some cases, the champion will be determined at various times on Saturday. If we cannot award the winner immediately, we will make sure to present to you the awards the following week in person.

Medals:

Four team groups will only have 1st place medals. 1st and 2nd place medals will be awarded after teams have clinched their position for every six-team group. They can be picked up at the Field Coordinator tent at your site.

Good Behavior:

Our tournament emphasizes the need for good behavior on and off the field. This includes our actions towards the referees. In hope of curbing the possible behavior, points are deducted from the standings for each red card given to a coach or player. This includes red cards given to coaches for a parent’s behavior. The behavior of the spectators is the responsibility of the coach. Any red card for the behavior of a parent will be followed by the immediate removal of the coach and parent from the fields. If either refuse to leave or there isn’t another team official on the game card, the team will forfeit. This also goes for any coach who is given a red card for their own behavior.
